Teaching aims:
1、The students can master and use the
: Mine, yours, his, hers, ours, theirs. 
2、Be able to know the differences between noun possessive pronouns and.(And my, your, his, her, our, their)
3、Be able to use these sentences ask and answer the questions: Whose... is it/ are they? 
 It’s/ They are mine/yours/his/hers/ours.
Teaching points and difficulties:
1、Be able to know the differences between noun possessive pronouns and.(Mine, yours, his, hers, ours, theirs and my, your, his, her, our, their)
2、Be able to listen, speak, read and write the following sentences: Whose....... is it/ are they?  
It’s/ They are mine/yours/his/hers/ours.

Multi media, word cards, a tape recorder
Teaching process:
Step1: Warm -up
Review some words we had learned last class.(mine, yours, his, hers, ours, theirs)
Step2: Presentation
Let’s try
1、Let’s try
①Let students observe three pictures and talk about what they are.
②Teacher show the question: Which is John’s picture?
③ Listen to the tape and tick the correct picture.
④ Listen and follow to read the material.
2、Let’s talk
①Let students look at these pictures and answers two questions:
What can you see in the picture?(从图片中你们看到什么?)
What’re in the pictures?(图画里是什么?)
② Let students read silently and answers the following questions:
The picture of Beijing is ______.
The picture of Shanghai is ______.
③ Read the dialogue and translate the sentences by themselves.
④Teacher correct the translation.
⑤ Listen to the tape and read after it.
⑥ Read the dialogue freely.
⑦ Read the dialogue with different ways.
Step3: Consolidation
Make a dialogue
Teacher ask students to make a dialogue by using these words provided by teacher.


Find the owners.
Finnish the table and make a dialogue.
