20XX—20XX学年下学期六年级班主任工作计划
  又是一学期开始了,可是又不同于其他的学期,因为我们是毕业班了。这是我与孩子们相处的最后一学期,让我感觉到肩上的担子沉重。当然一直来我把学校工作放于心中,把孩子们放于心中,诚诚恳恳工作,不论站在讲台上,还是坐在办公室里,心里踏实多了。要做一个好老师,一个好班主任,这毕竟不是一朝一夕就可以练成的,它不仅是一项技术,更是一门艺术——可望而不可及啊!业绩始于计划,所以现在根据学校的大方向及班级的小细节初拟一个计划,使得日后的工作更具规范性与效率性。
  一 、班级情况分析
  从上学期的各方面情况来看,本班总体比较棒——班风积极健康向上,学生思维活跃,班干部的工作能力有很大提高,大部分学生学习积极,大部分学生已经逐渐养成良好的学习习惯和行为习惯,但是仍不排除少数自控力较差的学生。本学期仍应进一步培养学生良好的学习习惯,狠抓学生的成绩,努力提高教学质量,顺利迎接小学毕业升学的严峻考验。大胆放手让学生自己干力所能及的事,并做好组织引导工作,坚持狠抓中间,促两头,处理好优中差的关系,最大限度的营造一个团结、积极、先进的班集体。
  二、思想教育工作
  毕业班的全体教师要抓好德育工作,将德育融入到毕业班学生教育的各个环节,认真研究社会环境变化对学生成长的影响,努力优化育人环境,科学规划各阶段教育的具体内容,实施途径和方法,增强德育工作的针对性和实效性。
  1、抓好爱为主义教育,理想与前途教育,要组织学生开展主题活动,教育学生把爱党爱国的热情化为爱校、爱班、爱老师、爱同学、爱学习的具体行动,
  2、抓好养成教育。教育要动之以情、晓之以理、导之以行、持之以恒。在教育中及时发现,掌握学生思想的新变化。通过个别谈心、同学帮助,班队活动等形式,让学生明白自己所面临的形势,增强学生学习的自觉性,时间的紧迫性,努力争取优异的成绩回报老师的辛勤培养和父母的养育之恩。
  3、开展好心理健康教育实验,教师要洞察学生心灵,关心爱护学生;要有心理容量,克服心理偏见,宽容学生过错,
  4、强化家教工作。家教工作是培养教育学生全面发展所不可缺少的、重要的组成部分,尤其是六年级毕业阶段。我争取多进行家访工作,了解学生家长、家庭情况,增进与家长的沟通,及时反映学生在校表现,转达学校工作意见和对家教的要求。召开家长会2次,向家长通报我们教育教学工作的情况及学生思想现状,通过沟通,协同努力教育学生。
  三、 本学期教学工作目标
  六年级教学工作时间紧、内容多、任务重,因此必须对教学工作做到有计划、有步骤、有效果地进行。对教学工作的基本要求是“全、严、实、精、活”。全面关心学生,面向全体学生、全面育人、全程育人;有严密的科学态度,对自己、对学生要严格的要求;从实际出发,踏踏实实,讲求实效;工作精益求精,精心设计每一节课,精心批改每一道作业,教学语言要精练清晰,板书要精简扼要;讲课情绪活跃高昂,教法灵活,学生应有充分活动的时间。具体做到:
1、认真备课;
2、认真上课; 
3、认真批改作业。按大纲要求,结合学生实际,精心设计习题;

4、认真辅导学生,辅导学生分层次进行。坚持狠抓中间,促两头,处理好优中差的关系;坚持深浅取舍适度,讲练准确到位,把治足拜补缺落实到人头;坚持方法指导、心理调控,处理好理想与现实的关系。根据学生成绩档案,因人而异地进行辅导。对差生采取集体辅导与个别辅导相结合,学校辅导和家庭辅导同步走的办法,重视基础知识和基本技能的掌握。对成绩较好的学生提高要求,适当增加一些有难度的训练,最终达到既保证及格率又有尖子生这个目的。
  5、认真举行考试考试要严密组织,严格要求,精心安排。平时考试、单元考试、综合性考试,从出题,举行考试、阅卷、统分、进行质量分析等都要严肃认真对待,及时查漏补缺,力求做到课课达标,单元合格,人人过关。
  6、抓好毕业班的复习教学,认真研究复习课、习题课、评讲课、考试课四类课型模式,处理好讲、练、改、评、补等教学环节,努力优化复习教学的课堂结构,提高复习教学效益。正确处理好教材与资料、能力与难度、练习与纠错、规范与得分、总结与反思、时间与效益等系列关系。一定要忠于大纲,忠于教材,指导复习。首先要加强集体教研,发挥集体优势,根据大纲,确保知识点传授无误,要以教研组为核心,认真拟定复习计划,组织学生对所学知识全面系统地复习。认真分析历年毕业试题及复习资料,明确考什么和怎样考,减少复习教学的盲目性,做到目标明确,心中有数,加强复习教学的针对性和实效性。科学规划、精心安排复习教学的过程。总体目标:
  1、 进一步培养良好的行为习惯和学习习惯。
  2、 巩固良好班风,完善班级管理制度,做到“人人有事做,事事有人做”,凝聚挖掘班级各方力量,提高班级整体水平。
  3 、加强学风建设,培养学习兴趣,明确学习重要性,注重学法指导,提高学习效率。
  4、 与学生融洽相处,建立“亦师亦友”的新型师生关系。
  5、 争取学科质量有所突破。
  6 、争取在期末毕业检测中取得优异的成绩。
  7、 抓好早读以及中午的教学工作。
  四 、具体措施
  (一)思想教育:
  1、定期召开班干部会议,及时了解班级情况,做好班干部的培养工作。
  2、多多了解关心学生,努力开导学生,尽力做好“心理专家”和“引导者”。
  (二)常规工作:
  1、适当调整班干部组织,每半个月举行一次班干部会议并做好记录。鼓励班干部积极主动并创造性地处理班内事务,培养工作能力。
  2、每一个月换一次座位。
  3、适当调整大扫除、平时值日轮流表,做到“人人有事干,事事有人干”并制定行之有效的班级卫生检查制度
  4、作好班级美化布置工作,营造学风浓郁,充满青春朝气的班级氛围。出好黑板报,做到每月一换。
  5、出操做到静、齐。
  6、加强安全教育。围绕这一主题进行消防、交通安全教育的同时,还要根据学生在校、在校外、在家庭这三个不同的场所,要对学生宣传安全常识、防范措施,严防事故发生。
  (三)学风建设:
  1、加强与各任课老师的联系,抓好各门学科的联系工作。
  2、做好“学困生”转化工作。
  3、加强对学生综合能力的培养,积极培养学生的创造精神,开展形式多样的活动,如知识竞赛、读书交流会、辩论会等。
  4、加强自主作业时的自主管理。

  条件状语从句是在复合句中作条件状语的句子。表示假如有从句的动作发生就会有主句的动作发生。条件状语从句常由从属连词if引导。

  一、位置
